Delivery & Shipment:

- Shipments will ship out by UPS or Fed Ex ground.

- Backorders will be written on the invoice or website.

Damages & Returns:

- Damages to the product must be reported within (5) business working days.

- We will exchange any damaged product and may request a call tag for the damaged item.

- All returns must be authorized a representative from Blossom Planting.

-Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
