- All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars.

- Prices may change anytime without notice.

Minimum Wholesale Opening Order:

- $400.00 Credit Card.

- All Orders are required to send a Company Resale Permit #.

Minimum Re-Orders:

- $250.00 Or Case Packed Items of 24 Units.

New Accounts for Net 30 Terms:

- Credit Application Form.

- Banking References.

Payment Terms:

- We accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, & Checks.

- Net 30 will be offered upon credit approval and will not be given on first orders.

Late Payments:

- Late Payments are subject to 20% Finance Charge.

- Interest will begin accruing the day after the due date of the invoice.

- Invoices not paid after 90 days will be subject to a Collection Agency.

International Orders:
- International orders must be fully prepaid

Delivery & Shipment:

- Small shipments will ship out by UPS or Fed Ex ground.

- Larger Orders over $1,000 will go out by Pallet Freight.

- Backorders will be written on the invoice.

-We will work on getting the best rate possible when shipping out your order

Damages & Returns:

- Damages to the product must be reported within (5) business working days.

- We will exchange any damaged product and may request a call tag for the damaged item.

- All returns must be authorized a representative from Blossom Planting.

-Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
